Hi I have had a message from my cousin in Kent whose friend has just done her DNA and it leads her to NZ so I have been asked if I could find a Lionel W LESTER who would of arrived in NZ in the mid 1960's and was a Butcher on the North Shore, his wife was Muriel, she said she couldnt find a marriage in England so guessing married in NZ. Now if I could get to see microfiche I could check this but just had a eye op and cant drive yet. Thanks

We're not allowed to give details for living people on this board but if you or your cousin can check Ancestry, you'll see Lionel W Lester and his wife Muriel are listed in the 1981 NZ electoral roll.

An "L Lester" is listed in the white pages, a couple of suburbs over from where Lionel and Muriel were living in 1981. https://whitepages.co.nz/
