Tri tip steak - how to cook it?

1 | going through our freezer yesterday I found a big piece (fat at one end, thinner at the other) of Tri Tip steak, but I've got no idea how to cook it.... can we slice it into steaks and fry it, or is it more for casseroles...etc..? any advice would be helpful muffin2 - 2019-04-15 12:19:00 |
