Zucchini Slice

Hi
Can you premix zucchini slice in the afternoon, refrigerate it and then cook it later on?

If you have a pasry bottom it well get a bit soggy, if not -yes you can keep it amd bake later
Ore getyou lining ready and filling separate and pour on top in the last minute

They reheat well, I've done that often, but never mixed & held it for a while before cooking.
I know that's not what you asked but maybe an option?

I’ve never done it but bake and reheat if you want it warm, I eat it cold! It freezes well too took one out today for the husbnds lunch durng the week.

A couple of weeks ago I made a very large mixture of this (actually used overgrown courgettes = marrows!), kept it overnight in fridge and baked the next morning. Perfect!
