I am having trouble getting int ancestryau and wondered if anyone else is having the same problem? I get a message saying ' We cant connect the server at ad.doubleclick.net." If anyone can help me with thisw I would be very grateful.

I have done some more research and found it is a virus. now I have to find out hoe to remove it.

if you have antivirus on your laptop scan and you can then quarantine
it and delete it safely, if you don't have it then I recommend Trend Micro Housecall as it is free and I also run this as it can pick up something that my other doesn't
