I have an excess too and I plan to freeze them to have over winter. I've never frozen grapes before but with most of the things I grow I bottle or freeze so that I can have these foods over winter. Frozen grapes should be a delicious treat for kids.
Mum used to make grape jelly but I was never a fan. Dad used to make wine but never liked it. You could try baking with them.

I've frozen them before and they are a nice cold treat/nibble on a hot summers day..... might just have to wait 9 months till its hot again :-)

I've done spiced grapes as a preserve & I've hunted for the recipe & can't find it, sorry.
But they are really good.
I opened a jar recently & had trouble not scoffing the lot, all by myself.
Plenty of recipes on google, which is probably where I got the recipe.
I don't like wasting home grown produce & I think I just preserved them this way, to avoid wasting them, but not really thinking that they would be so good & of course didn't keep the recipe.
How's that for stupid?

I wonder if it was this one, Sam?

PICKLED GRAPES
• Came across this some time ago but have yet to do as grapes disappeared to quickly, LOL.

Pickled Grapes
*Snip plenty of fresh ripe grapes off their bunches with a pair of scissors, leaving a short stem attached to each one.
*Wash the grapes and dry each one carefully with a cloth.
*Pack the grapes into jam jars.
*In each jar, put some bits of fresh tarragon, a clove, and a couple of white pepper corns, plus about a teaspoon of rapadura (dehydrated cane juice). I varied these quantities depending on the sizes of the jars.
*Then cover the grapes with apple cider vinegar, put the lids on the jars, and put them away in a dark cupboard. They are supposed to be stored for about 6 weeks before using.
Editing to add this "Off Topic" a little but Grapes...
A Student recently gave me some sugar coated grapes as a treat, very nice and they exploded within my mouth superbly, apparently can keep for ages like this too.

Thanks AW ..no it wasn't that one, mine are sort of sweet/spicy. I've looked through my recipes & I'm damned if I can find it ...not very organised, am I?
It wasn't an issue this season ...the birds got most of them, in spite of the netting cover.

Could you make a juice/ cordial, and add water to it with ice, for a refreshing drink if you have heaps

We stew ours, then drain off the juice. Keep some of it in the fridge for delicious drinks mixed with lemonade, and the rest is frozen. Just as nice as a drink when thawed.

The birds are eating most of mine before they ripen properly
