Happy to give limes to anyone who wants to come pick them up. Or if anyone has any good ideas on how to use some of them up? I made a lime pie and took it into work this week, i've been freezing the lime juice. Thinking of making lime cordial, but all that juicing is putting me off, lol im lazy!

You could freeze them whole and just defrost what you need for your recipe when needed. Takes up more room but you also have the option of getting some rind.

Thats a good idea, I bought a small freezer a month or so ago now, and certainly have the space for them.

Slice them into rings and freeze for "ice cubes" that will flavour but not dilute your favourite drink. That's what I do with excess lemons.

Would you lie them on a tray to freeze and then bag them?, so they are free flow, I assume they'd freeze in a clump if just thrown in a bag without freezing first

Yep lie them flat - or in a bag and just give them a couple of shakes to loosen as theyrre freezing. Both ways work.

Wish I lived near you, would happily buy off you . Mine got to the size of a pea and then all dropped off and I don’t really know why .
