I have just seen this recipe, and wondered if I could something else instead of " Coconut Cream.

Chocolate Mousse:

1 cup Coconut Cream
1 Tblspn Honey
2 Tblspn Cocoa.

Place all ingedients into your food processor and blend to combine.

You can also store in Deep Freezer and enjoy as an Icecream.
An quick and easy Mousse.
