1 | You people have lots of experience not just in the kitchen either. I am going to buy a new mop. I have always used a flat squeeze type mop, but find that they are not great at mopping round the legs on the roll top bath or even in the corners. Are their any better types in your opinion. I usually use the hands and knees method in the bathroom, but the knees are starting to complain a bit these days. Any suggestions welcome. The bathroom has a tiled floor. magenta - 2019-03-30 10:45:00 |
2 | The cotton twist mop from the Warehouse, $10 or so does a wonderful job. Can buy a bucket to go with it. No cotton threads falling out either. mitzi502 - 2019-03-30 12:20:00 |
3 | Steam mop all the way. I wouldn't use anything else now. randomprecision - 2019-03-30 12:21:00 |

7 | I have a mop similar to a cotton twist but it is made with blue and white strips of something else. It comes with a bucket that has a small dippy thing made from plastic strips wo the water can be squeezed though. Just dump mop into the bucket then put it into the dippy thing and twist to get out excess water and mop away. It is very light, easy to use and dries quickly. I love it. It will go virtually anywhere. But I don't tend to just mop. I always follow after with a towel under feet and dry as I go. This gets everything shiny clean imo. buzzy110 - 2019-03-30 16:19:00 |
