Question about freezing.

| 1 | Hi, I am going to be making 'industrial amounts' of lolly log for my daughter's wedding. Will any leftovers be OK to freeze? I know that there would be willing takers of any leftovers, but just getting organised! Or, could I freeze the eskimoes/fruit puffs ?
