zucchini/marrow pickle

any reason why you couldnt use both to make a relish/pickle...have quite a few of each but no enough of each for one cookup

gilligee, basically they are the same thing except that marrow is the more mature version and has tougher skin, bigger seeds (not usually eaten), is more more watery and is more fibrous. :-))

Made my mixed vegy pickle, and blitzed a bit much, and now have a lovely puree type of pickle. Great for spreading and no lumps. Tastes great. cant tell you quanties of each I used, but had a variety of zucchini, large gerkins, cucumber, and onions. etc
