2 | I just throw anything in the blitz, with a bit of ice, and a dollop of good yoghurt. Its great at this time of year with all the fruit. My sister makes one with rhubarb which is quite pretty looking. Blueberries are my favourite. I prefer fruit to veges. During winter I blitz and make smoothie soup. Again add anything. 15 | 1 large banana, half an apple, 1 cup coconut milk, 1 T sugar, 1 T vanilla essence. Top up my 2L jug with lettuce, spinach, cucumber, frozen peas, courgette etc - whatever i have plenty of, and top up to 2L with water once veggies are in.
