Ah yes, very very interesing. Today I have been looking high and low for Albert Edward James Foulds and then something triggered my memory and I came back to this. Thank you! This means, most likely that Albert was Sarah's first born and probably illegitimate, as it was two years before Sarah married Edward Foulds. Of course, she could have had a prior marriage but Albert ends up marrying in 1913 under the name of Foulds and dies in 1938 as Foulds, so Edward must have adopted him.
