6 | My granddaughter and I made this Magic cake today only we made it into cupcakes and they are just delicious. Often these recipes that are so simple are not always nice flavoured but this is wonderful. I put 1 1/2 oranges in the processor as they weren't too big and kept the rind and juice of the other half. We then made the icing with some butter, icing sugar and the juice and rind. My granddaughter iced the wee cakes and they are sooo good. crazynana - 2018-09-01 20:02:00 |

9 | I made this today - made it as a slab cake in an 8 x 8 tin. I swapped 1/2 cup of GF flour for ground almonds and used I cup Edmonds GF flour - it was perfect. I sprinkled flaked almonds on top. One of the best textured GF cakes I have made. pom-pom - 2018-09-02 13:24:00 |

13 | This orange cake is lovely. I added sultanas and almonds to mine and made it as a tall loaf, like a panetone (sp?) and it was lovely. bisloy - 2018-09-03 11:32:00 |
