4 | To be honest these days I don't ice cakes at all, the most I do is sift icing sugar over the top. cgvl - 2019-06-08 10:25:00 |
5 | a cream cheese icing is the one most used with a red velvet cake..... But any buttercream icing could be used (flavour of your choice), would really depend on what the cake was for (wedding? birthday? etc) to have given any advice, so probably why it wasn't answered a year ago.... autumnwinds - 2019-06-08 16:55:00 |

8 | I have used chocolate mouse on red velvet cupcakes and kids love it. I just bought the packet mix choc mousse from the supermarket and followed the instructions. I used to do this for my netball club at their bake sale and it all used to sell. Choc mousse is not too sweet either. Edited by marcs at 4:09 pm, Sun 9 Jun marcs - 2019-06-09 16:07:00 |
