| 10 | I discovered that a couple of trees on my new property that we moved to 2 3/4 years ago are actually elderberry trees. My neighbour was over and we went round the far end of the backyard and she got all excited to see the elderflowers on the tree. She took some home to make elderberry/flower cordial with. There are quite a few small ones growing as well so have promised her one when the time is right to transplant.
