Morning all,have just been grocery shopping,a very healthy shop,I might add lol.
Had a lovely sleep last night,sleeping so much better,and does not take me long to go to sleep,now that I am off those dreaded depression meds,lol.
A lovely day here in Grey,just working part of the weekend,only Saturday,and next weekend have a 3 day weekend off,so looking forward to getting some walking in.

Husband is booked in for a two and a half hour dental appointment with daughter (that has taken a bit of getting his mind round!) so I will have her car at my disposal. Hope things are looking up forJuliewn and Jenni.

It does seem a shame that Wilsons use such big boats though. One passed us yesterday with only 2 passengers on board when they can carry 40+. Not the best for the environment using all that diesel for 2 people.

i hope so too cookes, being redundant twice in one year is no fun....but hey the weather is fabulous, so i went to the gym and for a walk today, keeping active keeps me sane, so will have to pass on the clogs too.

It looks like I'm headed for caravan life again ... I can be a page 3 trailer-park girl lol!
The owners of the campground have become good friends & I'm happy to spend the summer there ... plus there's a house on site that could eventually have my name on it at a very good rental price ...
The caravan is big enough for Miss 14 to come & stay with me & I can use their freezer, etc so I'll be well sorted. Plus work is just a short walk or cycle down the road.

Fantastic EA. Caravanning in summer at Marahau has to be quite different from mid winter in Christchurch with frequent earthquakes Rae. You won't spend much time inside anyway - I love the way you can still be sitting on the beach at nine there. Here there's always that nasty chill easterly to drive you inside early.

Not much to report here ... life's a monotony of walking or kayaking in the park at the moment. Having a lazy day today though ... have lain on my bed reading all morning. Feels like there might be a bit of rain about later - the sandflies are certainly active today!
