Nice day here, just got back from the shops needed a walk. Been inside sorting and measuring fabrics all day. and listed all the patterns this morning. Will do more sorting during the week.

Evening all ....I think we must all be very busy lately. I know I have .... Here are the latest cushion covers made. I think I have an order for one of them already but if not, they will be going on a craft stall next month.

My biggest problem is working out how much to sell them for. Any suggestions? They will be filled with a removable inner. I will get those made over the weekend.

They are awesome barb, I have no idea what they sell for ...... Look on line and see what the prices are. Ill look at our purple patch shop for prices for yu too and let you know (Purple patch is a craft shop that we can join and they sell our craft work) Some real nice stuff in there too. I get the gauge for the prices for the dolls clothes etc from there.

Today's efforts. The blue one is nothing special ... I just used up some boys fabric in the hope it might be of interest. I sold the owl cushion for $20 .... Probably cost more than that in time but it was made from scraps so feel the fabric didn't cost anything.

They're lovely. Any boy would love the blue one. There are so many things around for girls and very little for boys. I made my grandson (3) a Bob the Builder cushion and he loves it. I like your black and white cushion. Am off to make my milo then off to bed. Up at 6.45 in the morning to go to the pool which I do three times a week. Love it. Night night.

Herewith two photos from Jumbo's blanket as she is having problems with uploading photos.
It's an absolutely gorgeous blanket. Each square is knitted separately and then crochet together, the border was also knitted on.

This is my blanket, same squares but blanket knitted all in one. As it shows I still needed to put a border on it, that has now been done. Most of this wool was my own hand spun, I did add some natural coloured commercial wool to give myself more choice of colours.

Easy as barb...choose any number of stitches. I had 60. Cast on 30, place a marker, cast on 30. Knit every row knitting two together before the marker on every row until there are none left! Skippie did her natural one and of course I had to do a colourful one in separate squares just to see what it would look like! I am now knitting another colourful one in one piece too...and have started a natural one as well. Skippie is knitting a colourful one! Prior to these I had crocheted several blankies as well so it has been a productive winter...

Hi Jumbobon- your rug is gorgeous and I like that you have done grey for the border and joining motives. Usually you see this done with black but the grey is much softer. Years ago I could crochet but now I just know the basics. There are so many lovely patterns out there that I might have to get a few lessons. I have all this wool and think I will probably never use it all. Have a nice week end everyone with lots of crafting.

Good morning. Porridge is ready ????
Looks like the wind has died down but it's really overcast outside. Have had two grandkids all week .... 13 and 15 year olds. Lovely kids but they never stop eating!
I need to start a new project but don't want to cut into my lovely new fabrics yet so am looking for more scrap ideas. I started piecing some crumb blocks yesterday but would love some more inspiration. Pinterest - here I come.

Hello ladies - just starting to sort out all my crafts for sale. Went to craft market last night and only sold 2 things which was bit disappointing. However, it was a kindy fundraiser with $10 entry and I think the only people who came were kindy mums and their mums who came more for the free wine and food than the markets. They hardly even looked at anything on the tables. So am now going to list on trade me and facebook and see what happens. Otherwise, all my family and friends are getting handcrafts as gifts for the next few years.
