Ooh...I like the rose fabric. Be very careful Carole...I might chop a bit out with me scissors as you walk past!! Getting old sure beats the alternative though eh? I'm not ready for that bit yet...
Wind is getting up here tonight but I'm sure it won't be as bad as it was further south. Landing in Wellington today would give you a right old dose of the runs wouldn't it!
What's everybody up to? My mate is bossy man. She came after work and picked me up to take me walking...up a bloody mountain without crampons. I survived...just...but my glutimas maximus sure is feeling it tonight. She thinks we are going on another intrepid climb tomorrow!!

Am sitting in bed listening to the wind and the rain. Molly is curled up next to me and I am about to start surfing for quilting inspirations. Not that I need any as there are so many I already want to try. I finished the first of my Christmas crumb quilts last night. One down and four to go. They just need backing and quilting .... Nothing fancy so will only take a week each.

Good morning. I hope you are all in one piece. We have been spared yet again...we missed out on the last storm too. Sure there was some gusty wind last night...I fought with the door to open it...but nothing moved out of place by it.
Cuppas are ready and I can smell the toast that muttley has put on so come and get it while its hot.

Evening all. Have just been watching The Good Life .... So funny.
Had awesome day today ..... Put the backs on five quilts and hand sewed round the outside borders ... Just very long tacking stitches. Also made one label. Now I have t o decide how to quilt them. That might take me a while.

Wow Carolev you are organised early. Up and away before 7am - and the washing on too!
Me and Molly are still in bed waiting for breakfast. Actually I am awake this early because Molly woke me looking for her biscuits which I feed her on the windowsill in my room. So she has had breakfast. And unless I get up and make my own, I will be waiting a long time for mine :)
