Evening all,
Now that I'm feeling a little better I thought I'd let you know how yesterday went, not that well to be honest. Half way through L's appointment I got very sick and had to be taken into the ED department. spent 5 hours up there until I was well enough to come home. The ED doc said the new medication i started taking reacted badly and was too strong and that may have been the cause. My dad had to come and get L as he was getting too upset and that was upsetting me too. I was not very coherent (sp) so I couldn't comfort him. My dads partner stayed with me and held my hand. It was also my mums anniversary, I think she was trying to give me a message to ask for help. She could see I was struggling, so thank you mum R.I.P.
L is having a sleepover tonight so I can have a sleep in, I didn't sleep well last night.
Nice to see your improving twi - big hugs from me.
Poor little daisy bee, Wen L was little he fell over too and put his bottom teeth thru his lip, yuck was not nice..
Early night for me tonight.
Hope some of you get a nice breakfast in bed for mothers day. I will have to get my own ..

{{hugs}} Shell ....ive told you before and I will tell you again 'you are a good mum', brekkie in bed isn't all its cracked up to be all it means is that there will be even more dishes and maybe even a huge mess when you do get up so don't go thinking you are missing out on a luxury hehe :)
soooo Holly what are you dreaming up .....a trip tooo a deserted island with stan .....a whole week of dining at the bestest restaurants and having a maid in to do the housework ......someone na it would take 2 someones to do your job for a week or two ? OH !!! you meant sewing didn't you yeah oh well nevermind you could take your sewing with you to the deserted island maybe hmmm na hahaha
ive finished the tablecloth quilt, will wash it tomorrow and sunshine is predicted yay.

Happy Mother's Day! Is anyone going to get spoiled? We have never made a fuss of these days...I always wanted a bottle of good behaviour and a box of no fights...but with four kids it seldom came to pass. They always tried though...it was sometimes just too hard because they each knew how to push others' buttons wordlessly!
Oh no shell. We have a saying in our house...This too will pass. It seems insurmountable at the time but things will get better. Kids are pretty resilient so don't worry about L...he will be well cared for...and as skippie said, our Mums are never far from us.
What sort of gear are you going to get for you bum holly? Levi's, trackies, jammies...? And how is your gob? Got your new pearly whites yet? It obviously hasn't shut you up....!

Hope everyone had a super Mother's Day. Sounds like some of you got spoiled. I spent the day hosting my parents anniversary celebrations .... Pretty full on and I am now bobbed in my lazy boy chair. It was lovely though as Mum's three surviving siblings, who were also part of the bridal party 65 years ago, spent the day with her and Dad. One sister was bridesmaid, the other played the piano and her brother was best man.

Hi ladies, I had a lovely quite day, watched a movie and had L wish me happy mothers day on the phone and the best part was when he said "I love you mummy".. it brought a tear to my eye. I missed him terribly was too quite without him.

Yeehah! Holly got flowers too...and mine were not meant for skippie. They were delivered by the family next door on behalf of the rest...so there!
Anyway...good morning you beautiful women...breakfast is actually done and dusted because I got a phone call and I am off to work today. Not terribly excited about it...but I know I will be very happy once I get there. It is at my favourite place to go. Have a grrrrrreat grrrreat day and do lots of stitching.
