By gazump I meant I hoped no-one would make a high bid Coalie. No baking, husband did the lawn instead and said he was so hot after doing the lawn couldn't be bothered baking but he did make some of his yummy potato salad and put some steaks in a lovely marinade for BBQ dinner, oh and he made garlic bread as well, and tomato and mint salad.

Oooh Franny that quite is amazing wow the detail phew :)
Its so nice when hubbys cook aye, mine often cooks and the kids do alot too. I do not like cooking at all - so i love it when they just take over, hehe they say mum get out of the kitchen, go sew your quilt :)

going to start sewing quilt together today, found the little sewing embelishments and bought some more :)

Those are some awesome quilts.... am working on designs for Bubba's quilt at the moment, as have miss 3 home today and hubby told me no housework, must play with miss 3... so thinking i will work out 4/5 block designs then we will play jigsaw and work out how to put them together...

Yumm thanks Twilight, i got sewing machine threaded up all ready to start sewing, then walked outside and looked at a tree that i had a HUGE pile of bricks around, decided i really didnt like the bricks there soooooo am moving them duh me its 25 degrees ! but they were annoying me hmmm wont take too long.......just carried the hugest weta with one lot of bricks i could feel it on my hand eeek didnt look until i had put bricks down .........thanks for munchies im all refreshed now :)

Bricks done for today phew !!! 320 of them just counted, not all quite in place where they are going but will do for now.
Wetas yeah, ok if they arent on you hehe, when kids were homeschooling we did a project on them lol still dont like them oh cockroaches are interesting we had a huge one as a pet for about 6 months.....i dont touch them either haha lol
Garden mostly in shade so wasnt too bad, glad its done now i can sew oh but that ocean looks so inviting might just paddle out a bit, thanks for drinks and munchies wow your thoughtful Twilight :)

hmm ok i will try to explain, *Stan* arrived much the same time as the Twilight Express, he drives it, and he does everything in it - he cooks etc. Twilight found him and put a pic up of him. If any of us are sick or anything she sends him to do our housework hehe lol
She probably still has a pic of him, his cousin (ooops forgot his name ) came on the scene to babysit Cindydogs kids when she went in the Twilight Express but because he was too good looking we thought she would stay home so Twilight found another babysitter lol so thats *Stan* hmmmmmmmmmmmm

Kids brought fabric home, wow wow wow 15 kilos, huge selection and seller left it in container too - that was nice aye. some little pieces still have prices on ( $11.50) there are a few 1/2 meters and a couple of meter pieces. hmmmm lots of quilts in this lot :)

Oh my goodness, I can't believe it, he lives next door to me, or it might be his twin brother. No I am pretty sure my next door neighbour is called Stan. He must have his own express, probably the Midnight Express, to zip around to help where he is needed.

just found a piece of fabric in the box, it has ladies on with signs - "quilt till you wilt" "sew fun" "i brake 4 quilt shops" and a clock that the numbers say 'time to quilt'......
