Good moaning again. Thank you skippie...I were parched! Guess who had a ratty night? Yes...it was me...how did you know. The frustration vibrations must have tellded you! Never mind...onwards and upwards. Muttley is off to Gisborne for the week tomorrow so he won't have to wince when I moan about not getting in my shed. I hope skippie is ready for the complaints... Speaking of skippie, I missed her birthday last week. I know it is the 21st but when I am working I think in days...not dates...and I missed it! What sort of friend does that? Ooh...that's right...p did the same!! Poor skippie....

Goodmorning goodmorning all be it lunch time...got woken up to thundering noises this morning over at Levels raceway, all the big rigs are racing and boy oh boy what a racket...thout dont they know its lie in sunday day! being only couple of paddocks away we hear all the action which quite suits mm hes often over there lol...well have just put a cocolate cake in the oven seeeeeee...

Well dinner and dishes are done and dusted. Guess what? I have quilted the eight SCBU quilts and now I just have to bind them all. The free motion quilting is a bit hit and miss but as long as I stand far far away it looks okay. A good way to practise though...on something small. Photos when they are done.

sewing for meeee yay, my head is almost bursting with bag ideas eek could be messy haha im going to sell them, don't know where don't know how but will worry about that when ive made a few. ordered labels for them, name on label is ' The Coal Range ' bit of a play on words. if they don't sell im not worried will just mean I have a different bag everytime I go somewhere haha

Coalie your bags will sell, I also have lots of bag patterns if you would like variety.
Twi, still no rain here and doesn't look like we are going to get any soon either.
I finished another scrap quilt yesterday, one that I made a long time ago from light curtain fabrics, before I could afford to buy quilting fabrics, then I couldn't find the binding fabric, so it just sat there, well I just grabbed something that look OK with the quilt and I stitched the binding on last night, voila its finished. So that is on the spare bed. I am trying to get some of my UFO finished, that will keep me busy for a while as there are a few more sitting there at various stages.

Well hello there good ladies...lucky girls have had plenty of time to sew today. I went to work and then...and then I went out and bought skippie a present for her birthday! I got some other stuffs too. They were selling all the goods called Fabulous Finds for one dollar! I got 40 skeins of Semco threads for $1! They are repeated colours but in country Christmas colours...marked at $10. Guess who is happy?
I visited your blog and read your message bar. I thought it was very true...but my Christian faith is not robust any more...too many doubts in my head. So I really really agree with your message...but just because that is how life should be lived...with or without a guiding force. Does that make sense?! It does to me but may read as a jumble to otherses...
Good on you with your bags coalie and I love the label you have made. Now you'll have to be as successful as holly with your extra business!

You totally make sense to me Ma. And bar, I thought your sermon was beautiful, even though I'm not religious.

This fulla is up to bracing herself to give evidence in court tomorrow. Dreading it, have been dreading it for about a year now. Saw the lawyer cross-examining someone today and she's quite nasty, goes for the cheap hits and tomorrow I'm in her firing line. Still, this time tomorrow it'll all be over!

No more stitching for me tonight, went to daughter #1 and we sorted all her woollen fabrics as she would like to make a quilt from those. She got tartan skirts etc from the Op shop and all the bits that I had, see how far she gets.
