Well the silence is actually echoing around me. They left about fifteen minutes ago and it was so sad to see them go. We had good fun though...so I must be thankful for that!

Awesome wee...and the leaf shapes are cool! I am going to have a shower to try waking up proper like! Littlest GS is at camp and the big ones come home with their Dad...it's pretty quiet. Mind you I don't think I am properly awake anyway...

So i called the man about my new washing machine to complain it wasnt behaving...man asks have you leveled it? yes.. man askes have you taken the stabiliser straps off underneath? yes..man says he will send someone out tomoro...so mm gets home and i tell him the story...hmm best go check he ses..yes he had leveled it..but no all the straps were not cut off...ooops! no wonder it was banging oooops!...so guess i have to ring man back tomoro and eat humble pie blaming mm for straps still attached hehehahahehehahalollollollol..-

ive googled and found out how to make chenille strips, I put some on the bag I made yesterday and am joining 2 and half " squares and will put some on it, don't know what it is yet hehe maybe a cushion maybe a quilt will see if it grows.
so much easier than raggie, theres no snipping.
Wee that's a lovely runner, the leaf shapes are impressive well done.

I slept the sleep of the dead last night. Went off earlyish and muttley woke me at 6:15! Oopsydaisy...I am usually well awake by then. Sisters safely home so all is well in the world.

We got 9 deg here Coaly but ofcourse it always cooler in the south and we got 22 meters in the shed so think well be ok lol mm has access to unlimited wood...will send some your way ok? freight mite be bit steep tho...had an industrius day here done baking,housework,emails,ironin-
g,wood shed run (was told not to) oops, phone call to wash mach manager to eat humble pie and redeme myself lol have just prepared tea...pork chops slathered in spicey bbq sauce, roast spuds/parsnips, orange cauliflower and brussell sprouts phew!

yay that's great about the firewood :)
we have 4 or 5 cord from the cut trees but wont be dry till next winter. we have a cord of dry and 3 still to come and that will do the winter. we get manuka, it has to be cut quite small for the coalrange but the guy that does it has done ours for years so is happy to do it. lots wont cut it small tho.

Evening all. Bit coolish tonight and I am waiting for little Molly to jump on my knee to warm me up. Actually I should do some hand sewing on a quilt that has to be finished by Sunday. Still have half the binding to do. I have to bring a 15 min message to church on Sunday so have been spending all my spare time working (and worrying) about that. Hope everyone is doing okay ... Oh Bar, working and worrying about what to talk about, no need for that, pray and ask what to talk about ...easy ...all will be clear as and straight forward and will be exactly right for the day.
I love talking with our kids about end times tis a really interesting topic, I almost laugh at the anz adverts and how they are sneaking into our brains the fingerprint for banking, the ads are on a few times every night and slowly they are getting more revealing as to the fingerprint, when you just sit back and watch and know what they are doing its almost laughable. like the frog in the cold water that ever so slowly gets hotter until boiling and it doesn't notice until its too late.
