And by the way, the crumb quilt is the easiest quilt I have ever made. I know there are lots of little pieces in there but I can assure you it's all in the cutting and not in the sewing. I wish I had discovered this technique years ago. I hate to think how many potential quilts were either thrown away or given away.

Good morning merry sunshines. I have had my breakfast but there is still some left for you so help thyself.
Bar...I often check the thread and notice that nothing had happened since I last looked...hours later. Then...eventually...I do see that a new page has started. I'm a wee bit dim...
Twi...suck up that juice and send it in all the right directions. Hope it all goes well for you. Let your lovely nurse know that the room could be a bit crowded...we will all be there with you.
Hopefully everyone's joints are feeling better this morning. I am off to work again. See you laterer and make the most of the day. It's going to be a steamy one here....

Thanks for the explanation Jumbo - I sometimes miss seeing posts too but then I remember the refresh button .... sometimes the pages have been turned 2 or 3 times and I am still sitting there waiting to see new posts. LOL
I have a huge bowl of plums to share here .... help yourselves. Very sweet and juicy but don't let the juice run down your chins to your clothes cause it stains.

Hello hello hello. Where is everyone? I love the retirement homes...and they are oh so coalie!
Have had another awesome day at school...and have been asked to work next week as well. The coffers will be full again...and I will be for the knackers yard!

Bar...I use the refresh button too but it doesn't seem to turn the pages. It does show the increase in page numbers at the bottom...but that's not where the news is and I forget to look. I told you I was dim!!

very hot and sunny here so much for a cloudy start.
Fran look along the bottom of your message theres your name and your number of trades then the date then #40414 ok so that's 14 messages into this page it goes to 50 ( 40450 ) then we go onto a new page which starts at 40451 - 40500 then new page.

Can I share some of last night's dinner with you too? There is a bit left over. I made quinoa with cranberries, cashew nuts, avocardo, red pepper, spring onions, cheese and salmon fillet (steamed and then broken up into small pieces) - all tossed together. It was for my Chinese student's birthday tea and very yummy.

I am still breathing coalie The old computer is not working as well as me is.
Was there holding twi hands
and did go to jumbos on my way to your place coalie for coffees and no one was home at either so just made the coffees and went home.
Had visitors all day
Took grandie to the hairdresser and bought back a purple headed grandie. looks nice though. wont last long it never does in our hair.......
Pumpkin and ham soup on the boile plenty for all.
Will be freezing heaps for the winter.
Our rain we were supposed to have got turn out to be two very very short sneezes only.
Got all the washing dry as well.
Back to sewing for me

Evening all, turned into a hot day, now it's breeze, just lovely. Dinner was a leftover affair so no cooking for me, just heating up.
Been of most of the day so no stitching time for me, maybe tonight.

well we are doing ok, Skippies feet ok at the moment, Holly improving miraculously fast, Shell feeling better, Grizz may still be a zombie but it should wear off maybe hehe and well Twi hopefully you will be feeling better tomorrow ( I saved you some cake for morning tea tomorrow you may feel like it then )
and Mooi is weller than her puter hehe
bed time for me, Jumbo is quiet wonder if shes getting some much needed beauty sleep ...... ;)

I lost a couple of white balls wool but no biggy,
bless him, i was not impressed but it was an accident.
Lucky is was just a small bottle of fizz, he doesnt get it very often.

skippie .... coalie always tries the potions out each time she makes a batch and then forgets she already tasted it and just keeps going.......untill about half has gone hence it runs out so quickly..........

Good morning lovely ladies...and breakfast is fresh on the table for you.
Yep...I went to bed early ith last night, after laundry and tidying up! Muttley couldn't get the station on the radio without it crackling with static...he doesn't know how close he came to wearing a piece of lead on his head. Not many things make my liver shiver...but boy oh boy...that did it ! Jenno! Who are you staying with when you come down? I'm afraid the house will be full at that time. Unless you retract the cruel statement about it being too late for beauty sleep. Hmmmmm?
