we have had heaps of rain here, big puddles everywhere.
Do you remember how Blossom hated the rain and would run for cover at the slightest drizzle well she got very brave today and walked out in a heavy downpour, she loved it soaking wet and sitting in puddles haha im sposing that she had no idea what rain was and that's why she always ran to cover.
same tea here as Skippies, venison sausages tho made by a friend.
Twi how did today go ?????

We had that one light shower and that was all, maybe tomorrow, it's muggy now.
Have got orthotics for my shoes, have to wear them on and off for two weeks, maybe needs to be upgraded with more support for the arch, see now this goes.
Still haven't been in my room, really need to do some serious stitching to get on top of my work. Time for a coffee.

my meeting was very informitive i have chemo every tuseday for 6 weeks then go for a review and another ct scan, then they will decide if more chemo or surgery, there were no doctors only a lovely nurse who will look after me the whole 6 weeks :)
skippie i had orthotics made for me a few years ago but boy they were the most uncomfertable things iv ever had ended up in the bin only made the problem worse now i wear shose with really good arhe supports in them

Twi good to hear that treatment is starting and that you keep the same nurse,I really hope you are not going to feel to sick while having chemo, personal question, will you loose our hair.
I have been wearing orthotics today and sofar all is good, having sore feet is no good either as I can't walk any distance and then my knees and hips will and up getting buggered as well.

L is getting orthotics for his shoes too his feet roll in quite bad.

Coallie, the Dude says its dark here also, but we can only hear the tele as MIL Is watching Andre Rieu, she talks to herself while watching it. Still no sign of any significant rain though. Do send some to us.

We seem to be having lots of heavy showers tonight...and it is lovely to hear the rain. According to the weather forecast we are in for more rain tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
Mr 11 is very lonely after school because his brothers are staying at school to do their homework and coming home with their Dad. I am going to have to think of wee projects for him to do. I am taking part in a trip around the world quilt along on line....maybe he could help me with that. We played games today and went to see skippie as well. Btw skippie...on the way home little mr shy said that you have heaps more fabric than me. He is an astute young man....

Jumbo took a the long way round to get to your place skippie She scared the living day lights out of me.......... Made me spill my coffee all over me sewing machine and sewing. I was not expecting to see her flying on a flying pig coming stright for me window she was................. Now have cleaned up all the mess and then had to go and make meself another coffee after all that work........... hic hic hic hic hic
I flamin triped with the coffee in me hand and it went over everything........ grrrrrrrrrrr......... How long does it take to dry a sewing machine. Been looking for the hair dryer to help it along. Put all the fabric in the machine to wash. What a mess...................... I zinks me needs lots of potions in me coke zero today aftererer that lot. might even add some to me coffee.
Off to clean up some more mess............

It has been so cold here today that I went for a nana nap with a blanket over then the sheet & cover & another blanket on top you'd think I would waken up warm..... did I ........ nope just as cold as I was when I got into the bed. Southerlys stinks.

Got the sewing machine dry using the fan full on it. could not find the hairdryer.

Hahahahaha Dilli. I knew the broomstick would be no match for the pigs! Plenty more coffee here...and sewing machines for that matter!
Wee boy was nervous about going to school today...apparently tears last night and this morning. He has gone from a school of 270 to one more than twice the size. He is a lovely sensitive wee soul and is scared of doing the wrong thing. A much better day today though...maybe a day off tomorrow is not what he needs?
It is freezing cold here today...slippers and two cardigans and closed doors. What a contrast.
Off to stitch and bitch tonight. Have a good one.
