We are hooooome! Poor drommy! That's not funny, falling at your age! I only hope your butt will not be sore in the morning. Wouldn't it be awful if your glass slipper wouldn't fit, you couldn't go to work, you would have to stay home and watch DVDs all day, you would have to cuddle cats and eat chocolate to make you feel better. It is indeed the batik quilt, and as soon as i saw it i fell in love again...it probably won't even take that long! I've just got to book in that time. This year i'm going to reclaim something that looks a bit like a life! With hobbies and everything!

Is stinking hot here again...and the cloud is acting like a blanket and keeping the stifle in. The air is thick and sticky...just awful. But am I complaining? No way Jose! At least we are getting the summer that eluded us last year so I will lap it up. Too hot to sew though...have been reading instead. I have a little hand stitching to finish too so might just do that.
Cold drinks are here for all. The ice maker in the fridge is working over time!

I have had an eventfull day, firstly with a nice looking plumber lol...I know what ur thinking and i wish it were true, but the water pressure in my shower disappeared and when he pulled the mixer apart he found a heap of dead bees, its quite common appearently. The bees come in thru vents in your roof !!
secondly i had to child mind today and it was quite dark when i left here so turned lights on then i forgot to turn off so yes i had another flat battery !!...lucky my bro had jumper leads..
So no sewing done today but thats ok plenty of time tomorrow..
lovely cushion grizz nothing wrong with that..

Cooler here tonight thank goodness but it seems as though we are going to miss the rain, dammit. My tank will never fill at this rate. Did I show you a picture of the water tank I got for Christmas? We have a $5 limit but sil used recycled stuff from the shed and made it for me and I love it.

It feels cooler here today so it might be good to get out to my shed. It is a smallish shed and as soon as the iron goes on it heats up. It's just been too hot out there the last few days...today might be just right.
