I have been in my room, got my quilt top together was very tempted to put it on the machine, must do a client quilt first for Xmas, so I was a good girl and it is nearly tacked to I can start stitching.

Daughter 1 asked it Id teach me grandies (her littles) to sew this holidays so have put their skirts on hold and they can sew them for themselvess and they can sew their pencil cases as well. ages 5 - 10. so that should be fun times a coming. heheheeeeeee

#1 daughter out walking with Daisy Bee this morning and way up ahead of them they could see Santa and Mrs Claus getting in a car, they noticed that they were waiting for them so daughter and grandie walked faster and Santa and his Mrs had a lovely talk to Daisy she was thrilled and was yelling Ho Ho Ho all the way home hehe :)

Lucky lucky Daisy! I feel the cold something awful but I swear there is not a skerrick of cold in the air today. So much for cloudy and cool... I went to the last primary school assembly today. It was just lovely with all the kids looking so happy. Gee...there are some wonderful singing voices out there...and mine's not one of them!! Have been stitching but the quilt on my knee just got too hot.
Ooh...guess what? I felt a little bit of cool!

Both the grandies are into skulls and things at the mo colaie hence the joke for them. They certainly wont expect that one. hehehehhehehe
and my sister sent some skull lollypops at hollowen and I kept 2 each back for the lollie bags.
I had to seal all the lolly bags so you lot could not get into them........... or else there would be nothing left. took a bit of doing tho 8 bags to pack and seal.

Morning all...I am awake, just! So far it's a cool one here but they say we will get to 29! When I say cool...I mean not sweaty hot but still warm. Nice. I'm not going to stitching tonight because it is littlest gs's leavers night. He is off to intermediate next year so it's the end of 9 years at that school. Can't miss that. All the kids get a certificate with their achievements written on it...he is pretty excited about the night. As for the rest of the day? Nothing mapped out except to finish a quilt. Better get out there and get started! Do enjoy your day too....

morning everyone :)
had a great day out with my mum and sister yesterday starting with coffee in Tirau, then the quilt shop in cambridge which was awesome then went to the impoters in hamiltan gosh what a beaut shop then lunch at my nieces then the dutch shop, mmmm yummy came home with lots of goodies from the dutch shop, then went out for tea to sons place was my dils birthday :) boy was i ready for bed lastnight :)
going to do a little christmas shopping with daughter this morning then going to youngest grandies break up kindy lunch

Hi hi all...well we have a reprieve from the hot and humid its wet and cool here thank goodness so dont cope well in the heat yukk...been feeling pissed off all my steroid shots have worn out of my shoulders so have my stiff neck and painfull shoulders back again grrr...roll on my op early next year...yess im moaning sorry...anyways all of you sound extrememly busy as one is at this time of year...i hope to finish the last of my xmas shopping tomoro phew! rito lunch me thinks :~)
