And it's good morning from me...who was absent most of yesterday...but I have a note. I was working ...then I was buggered...then I went to tea with the family...then I felt even biggerer than I really am as I watched twin grandsons each receive an award at their high school prize giving...then I gloated to myself until it was time to hit the sack. Ooh what a great day it were!
Thanks for breakfast...having mine in bed. How lazy is that? No more work until Friday for me and it is going to be soooo nice to finally get out into my shed. I only hope I can create something as outstanding as shell's duvet cover...it is gorgeous! Well done shell.
I know she said I'm not allowed to comment, but given that she said it was beauty sleep that was needed, Jenno will probably not wake up for aaaaages! Maybe weeks!

Thanks for all the lovely comments about L's quilt, its wrapped up now and under the tree !!
Floss - I cut the squares 7 and an a quarter inch and the border was 6 inches. I just brought a black sheet for the back and cut it too fit, was alot cheaper than buying fabric.. i made it double size as my boy is in a king single bed..
Tis rainging here today and im taking L to the warehouse soon, i promised him yesterday..
Not sure what else is doing. I had thought about making some kind of small quilt with the rest of my xmas fabric to use it up, will see..

Purples and lime green would look really nice, it was easy as to make..I numbered the rows as i did them so i new where i was..

Moooorning! Who wants a cup of tea or coffee and some niiiice crunchy warm toast dripping with butter and honey? Well, you had better hurry up then because it has nearly all gone.
No work again today...hooray! But did I go into my shed yesterday? No. I went into town and had a looksee. I don't go browsing very often and it was really nice. I caught up with a friend I hadn't seen for ages and we chatted in the Warehouse forever! Skippie and I went to our patchwork shop Christmas party last night which was also good fun...so maybe today I will get some sewing done...but someone is coming to try a cart on one of the donkeys so maybe not....
