Judy do you have the weekend off to sew ?
finally i have started snipping ......
9.35 tonight on prime is 'true stories - embarrasing pets' on the shorts some people had a full grown sheep in their lounge maybe it was watching tv hehe

Coalie I always have the weekend off - but sometimes I plan to sew, sew, sew and before I get going the weekend is gone with grocery shopping, chores, walking with my friend etc. I find if I take annual leave and make a long weekend of it I start to get in the sewing mood by the last day - never mind - I get there in the end.

Ooooh, I got the new page without even trying!

Mooooorning all. What a shame you don't live here in the best bay in the land...the sun is shining yet again and it is almost like summers used to be. If you are as aged as me ...and Jenno is MUCH older...you might remember them thar days. Anyway it is just beeyoootarful.
Holly...I did just what you are doing. I used to go to Arthur Toyes and buy up large ready for my retirement...and I do have a wonderful stash. But there is a problem. Although I only do relief work now I still buy fabric! The truth is that designs change all the time...and you just have to have a little bit of this a nd that before it ak
Ll goes because you might never see it again! Jenno can vouch for the size of my stash...which is even bigger than my situpon...and you know how big that is! My word muttley is a lucky man to have so much to love....
Breakfast is ready and waiting for all takers.

Good morning, oh my goodness Jumbo, did you take a double dose of you drugs, you are so chirpy this morning, must admit though, it's a gorgeous day out there.
So your stash is bigger then mine, I knew it, problem is I never see all your stash as you hide it in all corners in your room. Well as or poor Mutley, say no more.
What are you all going to do today?

I take it skippie doesn't want coffee at my place today then!? I am so chirpy because muttley is home after his conference in Wellington...and even though I asked for the short story I got the long one...sigh...and truth be told, he hasn't finished yet. Oh my poor ears...

jumbobon - 2012-11-24 09:31:00
37718

And skippie...where does it say my stash is biggerer than yours? It's a bit like saying Tongariro is bigger than Everest!

Been out to the Savemart op shop this morning and came home with a huge piece of calico (2.4 wide and 7.2m long which I'll use to back a couple of quilts ($7.99). I also got 2.5 metres of fabric that will be perfect as the backing for the Bookshelf Quilt ($4.99) and 4.00 metres of some old fashioned colours ($2.99). I love a bargain. Will probably list some of this as fat quarters so it pays for itself.

Wake up skippie!! Good morning lovely ladies...how is your head today Dilli? I know what skippie was up to last night. She was in her shed quilting! It was a big quilt and I bet she finished it too. I had three teenage boys having a midnight snack with me. Twin grannies had a friend staying for the weekend and they came for milo and chocolate...it was lubber lay! So watch out cos I might get grumpy today having had such a late night. Mind you...grumpy might be in luck. I won't be moving too fast today!!
Breakfast is ready for those who want it...
