That is awesome coalie...one lucky Henny Penny. I have been into my shed this afternoon and made some more blocks in my quilt as you go project...and quoted two as well so am feeling as though I am making progress. It's so nice to feel no pressure with the holidays. I know I am silly but when I have got work on it seems to fill most of my headspace just thinking of the things I will do...silly old woman! Figuratively of course....

Gertrude / Henrietta / Leegless / Feathers / Stitches ????
i found a name today reminded me of Dilli and the potion eggs-

Urban Dictionary: Molly
Abr. of 'molecular'. Pure form of MDMA (ecstasy), usually a free powder or in capsules. Oftentimes MDA is sold as molly. Should be white in color (...

hahaha i havent chosen a name yet, shes getting more trusting of us but we havent managed to touch her yet, all in good time.

It"s out of the oven, covered on the bench with a loose lid, heavy breadboard on top so that the cats can't get at it. Bugget it as the corner stuck in the tin, but that left me with a small piece to try, must say it's yummy.

will put pic up when wind stops, rain gone and sunny again.
Got the hen into the house today bribed with food but shes very wary and didnt stay after food was eaten so she will get there slowly, so long as shes in there for the nights by winter. China is frightened of her, she eats his food and he will walk away fast if she comes near him. when i gave him his tea i sat out there with him so he could eat it, the hen stood 6" from him on one side, me on the other and the blackbird was nearly sitting on my feet and a thrush was about 10" away all waiting very impatiently lol. he walked away leaving them some.
saw the blackbirds babys today the nest is quite low in the tree she has 2 babies.

I read somewhere that it is a good idea to write directly on to the back of your quilt and the add a label over the top so that if the label comes off the info is still there.

Wow - someone has done a lot of work in that and it goes for $2!
