no-cook slice OR balls This is on the chocolate condensed milk tin (I can't find choc c.m any more so now I use caramel). It's originally a slice but I rolled it into balls, dipped them in chocolate and... YUM.

250g packet plain biscuits (Nice are nice!), 1 1/2 C coconut, 1 C chopped apricots (quite finely chopped, do it with scissors), 125g butter, 1 tin caramel condensed milk, or choc version if you can find it.
Crush biscuits (with rolling pin in a bag(, place in large bowl. Add apricots and coconut. Melt butter and condensed milk over low heat. Add to bowl. Stir til combined. Press into lined tin. Chill. Drizzle melted choc over the top when cold. OR roll combined mixture into small balls, place on baking paper, chill, dip into melted choc when chilled.

I also added choc chips to the mixture once, was great.
