What a morning! Been at the stippling since 8am with a stop for shower & breakfast. Think I am half way there, haven't taken it out of the machine as I'm on a roll. Will post pics later.

Goodmornin all, tis all ok you can all stop looking whew haha i lost the stamps that i use on fabric and the hearts, they werent to be found anywhere twas soooo annoying not knowing where they were but daughter found them LOL they were where they were sposed to be but camoflaged yay happy happy.

Grandie said there was a shop in town the same as we needed so thought wed try that as it would save nearly 2 hrs bus travellling. AND yip she was right so we were finished within 15 minutes in the city heheheeee
then needed to go to the dutch shop in Rototuna to buy some drop for grandsons bus trip on Saturday. and now home again nice and early.

coalie, thanks for the cuppa, just what the doctor ordered. Have now finished stippling the main body of the quilt. Nana nap then do the borders, & then it will only be the binding & label to complete it. Had only one major hiccup & after changing my needle & giving the sewing machine a good clean out all went smoothly. Kettle just boiled help yourself!

Hello all, just checking all my mail, my computer went to daughter place so grandie could print of her homework, but it wouldn't work, so home it came and got printed here in black and white.
Did my good deed this morning and donated blood for the 50th time and got my free T shirt, Yeh. have been busy stitching quilts and need to do another one before I catch up. Thanks for all the snacks and coffee, needed that. Brrrr it's getting cooler.

Afternoon all :)
sunny here we were sposed to have showers this afternoon but they havent eventuated. Lawns done, mulched fallen leaves into grass and um oh got a wooden cd rack from op shop, will cut cardboard to fit in slots and store the ribbons on them, should work i think ;)

Thats a great idea for the cd rack never thought of that have ribbons in a container still on the rolls though.

Have just got a pot of mandarins on (not sure if theey will freeze ok as yuo can buy them in the tin and jars -) so thought would try and freeze some in juice for the summer months in fruit salads and jellies. Can only but try. Have done one bucket full, if it works will do another double lot (2 buckets) later on.n Will freeze them for about a week and try one packet and see how it goes. fingers xred.
All by me lonesome tonite so eggs on toast it shall be heheheeeeeee nice and easy.
