todays project is to take a pattern for a poncho style cowl neckline top and try to turn it into one with sleeves and a cowl neckline....wish me luck.

| 33909 | Go for it ness it is great sewing things for ya self. I had a lot of fun sewing me dresses. Have fabric there for several more to sew over the winter months and two lots of winter fabric to sew up for the winter when I get round to it also.
Jugs boiled for morning tea/coffees.
Darn cold here.
Have got the 9 sqrs ready to sew, what a lot of work it is lining all the seams up.... but got there. Had to resew 4 seams only which was not to bad.
But need some coffees into me before I start the sewing. Will be busy Fri Sat and Sunday so wont be able to get back to it till monday.

Shell, I love granny blankets, I have made two, one for myself. The one I did for my sister I used wool from my mothers stash that I had carted back to NZ. I had started that blanket when I was sitting with my mother in her last week with us, so was kinda special. Ha I just remembered did a real scrap blankie for grandie no 2 as she also loves to cuddle under a woollen blanket.

have put 2 loads of washing on the line hopefully will dry quick with the warm wind we have here
just a up date on Angel his muchy pad on paw is drying out, so hes holding his own,hes on the 4th week of antibiotics and vet said today that he wont heal all the way because he has got ful blown cat aids :( so will see how he goes from here, all he does is eat and sleep all day so thats good :)
