Oooh! Is there some left? Yes! But just the scraps you greedy girls you!! Didn't even leave a sweetie for us latecomers. Oh well...will just have to raid the fridge for some cheese then...
Skippie! You have finished the quilt! Well done...and I bet it looks a million dollars too.
Whay are acid dyes joy? How do they differ from the procions in both colour and use? I am such a novice I haven't even heard of them!
Well I hardly slept last night so I'm going to try my luck at an early night. Fingers crossed it works cos otherwise I will be as ugly as in both appearance and mood!!!!

Hi craft ladies ....sorry been AWOL for a while ....

just getting over and still de-cluttering,

daughters 21st ...a couple of weeks ago and a water cylinder that gave up the ghost ( quirk of our house we have a 15L Hot water cylinder in the cupboard in the kitchen - a 70's thing I think).... a plumber and electrician later .... OMG ...the costs...

I need some help ... where is the best place to buy reasonably priced knitting needles ... need a 3.75mm pair .... have got ones around that size ....

haven't bought any for ages so am I in for a bit of a shock ...

Daisy fell asleep on the floor minutes after going home, maybe we worked her too hard LOL.

Gorgeous quilt Coalie and love the monsters too, Ness. Definitely go to the op shop for knitting needles Tosca. I bought 5 pairs today at 20c a pair. I am going to help teach a year 5/6 class to knit next week......wish me luck, should be fun:o) I've been out to lunch today so feel like a lady. I am taking a break from the op shop currently and the lady who I work with on a Tuesday misses me so we caught up over lunch:o)

Hellooooooo ladies...(shrill and piercing just to wake you up! ). Sorry but the cheesecake has miraculously vanished. I don't know what happened. What crumbs?
I have been cutting out some wonky stars from my hand dyed stuff. I have stitched one and it is certainly wonky!! Should be a fun little quilt to make. Loads of bright colours are happening...will show much latererer.
Off to work tomorrow so the pussy cats will be alone for a whole day. They are just lovely but it is going to be quite a task to keep them inside for 2 weeks. Tabitha stands at the door and pleads with loud miaows...how do you spell that??...for the door to be opened so she can have a look outside. But I was told that under no circumstances should they be allowed out for two weeks or they will run away. So there!!
Dyed today to use up some colours that had been mixed for a while. They are alright but nothing to wet my pants about...unless I unleash a hearty sneeze!
See you latererer...

I am still waiting for my fabric to arrive from Hancock's that was shipped on April the 25th, just hope that Customs haven't got hold of it. Got another email flash tonight from Hancock's offering free posting.
