That sounds great! My 2 boys love trains (OMG). Here in Auck's, many times taken them to a place with model railway (can't remember name), but just prior Greenhithe Bridge, then of course two / three times a year out at Glenbrook (Thomas the Tank Engine etc).

yip iam always working on my lay out . any of you guys know were to buy a good tool kit for fixing the locos .got a good set of small screw drivers but need a good spanner set ,and socket set . thanks

any jaycar stores near you. they have stuff like that. most of my screwdrivers etc came from there. maybe not top quality all the time but ok for my use.

was in jaycar on sunday had a few screw driver sets , but i want small spanner set . they did not have any at all . i will keep looking . its for getting of all the driving rods on my steam trains they have real small nuts .

another option is to google rolson tools.they have a 6 piece socket set with screwdriver type handle from 3 to 5.5mm. various shops sell the brand. mitre 10 may have them even.

great show was good with all the people selling stuff, good to put names to faces, gosh big difference in prices from one side of the hall to the other. great displays. Hubby wasnt sure weather he wanted to go but off we went he brought some stuff got home back out in the garage again great
