My bad, and I don't know where the recipe is now. Mix with one egg and if not right, add another.

Cauliflower steaks are great. I just dip steaks in a seasoned batter then into panko crumbs, leave in fridge to set. I steam steaks in MW for couple minutes before battering and crumbing. I cook these in my aifryer, great with a nice mushroom sauce on the side.

Break cauliflower into florets. Breadcrumb & deep fry until cooked - I poke a skewer into the 'stalk' part & if it slides in & out easily = cooked. Drain & serve. Don't have oil too high that breadcrumbs burn before cauliflower cooked.

I do this and serve it with homemade Tartar sauce and lemon wedges. I had a unexpected vegetarian guest one night when we were having scallops and did this, and it's now a favorite in our house.

Just tried this one... it was for brocollini but substitute cauliflower and cook much longer.... mix 1/2 cup tahinni, with crushed 2 gloves garlic, some olive oil, some paprika, chilli flakes... dip head of whole cf into this and put into a dish with a lid... pour rest over the cf and bake oven for around 30 mins covered.. remove lid and cook further until to your likeness - I did another 20 mins.
