mince can be made into any thing these days.just a bit of thought
into it like they did in our parents days. mince. sausages,palonies,
savaloys. creamed corn was our favourite.once you had a good cook
book you mostly had it for life.edmonds was the first book i learnt
to cook with, alison holts books i still have a lovely pratical cook to
learn from.

Gosh at $22.95kg where I live i wish I could afford to buy mince! Gone are the days when mince and sausages were the cheapest meats to buy. You can do so much with mince that is amazing.
