tenants have the rights of owners and can let in or keep out who they like . A landlord must give notice of intention to visit you. I suggest if you were objecting to letting the landlord in you are either a Pratt or you need to get vaccinated. Land lords do have rights too. They may over ride yours. Personally I don't feel a Pratt and I have had 2 x vaccinations as a high risk and over 65, I did what I felt was the obvious as soon as I could. And weekend before last I sold something via FB and the lovely buyers asked if they needed to be masking wearing when around me for my safety, which I said was very kind. And they didn't need to. Upon talking with them at pick-up the gent said he was an electrician, so I posed the question to him. He said "he felt that it actually came under medical information" and hence it was information that 'we' had the right to refuse giving the information. And if anyone was to ask him he'd toss question back at them. When out with a friend (in my bubble) the other week I met my first anti vac person as in the conspiracy theorist, it was interesting, listening to then. And thought for what seemed a intelligent person should be so one eyed. I didn't push the question just listened. Each to own in many ways but still shake my head about being non vaccinating. The only other person I know that is saying NO is doing so, too be just bloody minded. And says "The govt can't tell me what I can and can't do". And from this person I still believe them to be bloody minded. Saw a post on FB about Govt mandated us (if that's the right word.) regarding set belts, no wearing, fines etc and same re phones while driving. So sorry I say go for it unless there is medical reasons not to. And now today we hear about the ChCh cases just makes a person shake there head and wonder why.. anne1955 - 2021-10-28 09:25:00 |
