Houses 30 % Fall

#Post
51

I can't see house prices falling while there is a queue out the door and around the block of people trying to get into the country. The cost of building new house stock also doesn't help. Japan has a falling population base, this means that there is little demand for less desirable houses outside of the big cities.

Only covid restrictions are stopping the flood.

the only reason to lift covid restrictions is money. Everybody knows people will die in NZ if there is a country-wide outbreak. How much is that worth ?

People are dying now from lockdown. Can’t stay this way much longer. Besides there are vaccines now for the vulnerable.

so you cannot, and now want to change the subject?
Having to go through a quarantine to determine whether a traveller is carrying the covid virus, and isolate them, if they are, is a process that should result in zero fatalities. 4.5 million people have died from covid worldwide.

25 people die of Breast cancer in the UK everyday, just saying.

1.64 people a day in NZ. Is that acceptable?
