Indeed I do. The penalty is censure, a fine of $4,000, and further training. Most interesting though, the Tribunal also ordered the licensee to pay the complainant $15,050 compensation.

which one? Lol. Several yes, another piggybacking and many STILL mow their blardy lawns on a flipping SUNDAY.

It’s too much I tell you - TOO much!

Grass grows on Sundays. Take the family for a walk around the neighbourhood on Sunday, glaring with righteous indignation at the mowing people.

Would always check a neighbourhood where I considered buying a house.

Hmm Interesting. That's still a decent fine and glad the buyer got some compensation. I look forward to seeing the full judgement explanation,

Enjoy! I am located in the Auckland outpost so will be looking on wistfully while the rest of you go wild.

In that case I recommend binge watching The Man In The High Castle.

OK I'll add that to the list. I'm working my way through Breaking Bad and The White Lotus (Neon) at the moment. I wish Netflix would get the third series of The Detectorists. I need some light relief after full days of zoom meetings with slightly pouty teenagers.

I loved The Detectorists. Also loved How To Get Away With Murder, This Is Us and of course Schitts Creek.
