51 | Got some schnitzel to cook Wednesday as the kids were coming over. Opened up the pack(from Pakn) and it must have been the ends as there were a couple of thick slices(from 5mm to about 15mm)Thought it may be a little tough.Crumbed it and put it in the fridge till ready to cook.Butter & Oil.
