I like to drizzle it over roasted beetroot, just before serving. I also make a dressing with balsamic vinegar and pomegranate molasses, lovely drizzled on salads. Anabelle Langbein has a walnut salad (which is very nice) recipe on her website which uses it in the dressing too.

Substitute for maple syrup or honey in any recipie, and really basic, just drizzle over ice-cream yum.

fry walnuts in oil till dark. Mix with diced pears and blue cheese or other if you don't like blue (smoked is also nice). Drizzle pomegranate molasses over.

I use it as a seasoning where I want sweet sour taste often in place of tamarind, sometimes as part of a glaze. Let your taste buds be your guide
