763 | Made the sunflower loaf off the back of the flour and it is really good. My first proper loaf in my new breadmaker. Light and tasty. Will post the recipe if anyone wants it. I made it as a pumpkin and sunflower loaf. racheee - 2008-11-22 12:41:00 |
764 | Pastry flour I've decided to make ciabatta today and the recipe calls for pastry flour. What is this? I've just used what I have in the pantry so mine will probably be odd. Unfortunately I read this thread after I started so already have my batter sitting in a cupboard for 14 hours. Seem to be much quicker options in this thread. Should have known to look here first. toffeey - 2008-11-22 14:35:00 |
765 | Hi Rachee.. it sounds delicious.. yes please.. I'd love the recipe.. thanks.. :-) juliewn - 2008-11-26 06:15:00 |

769 | It was different.. not sure if I would make it again.. maybe with smooth peanut butter rather than crunchy. racheee - 2008-11-28 19:55:00 |
770 | ciabata Taste was wonderful but texture more like crumpet than ciabata. Will try some of the recipes posted here and see how we get on. toffeey - 2008-11-29 09:47:00 |

797 | Thank you juliewn After years of just flicking the switch on my breadmaker I decided to get back to basics and handmake some bread using your wonderful recipe & instructions at the beginning of this thread. I made the grains & seeds variation in a large round cake tin and it was fantastic. Took it to a potluck meal last night where it received huge praise. Thanks again! kaddiew - 2009-01-15 08:09:00 |
