You might have to leave a nite lite on as my grandchildren say lol. I always left one on for Mum. First Mothers Day without her, She loved Mothers Day. I visited two sons today and the third one arrived at home tonight 10 mins after I got home. I was out all day. Unheard of ha ha. I got up early and zoomed off. Traffic was hectic everywhere, Started knitting a hat in the round to practice on the circulars. What fun, not ha ha. I didn't have a circular small enough so was using one with a longer wire. Drove me nuts. I kept trying but if I had used straights it would have been finished lol. Everything that could go wrong did. I have done it before so I must have the right length circular somewhere, but where is the question. This very well good end up in the naughty corner, J wants me to knit her socks. Talk about jumping from the frying pan into the fire. We will see .

I totally agree about circular needles, dislike them with a vengeance. Regardless of the length I buy it's never right for what I'm knitting. My favourite sock pattern is on 2 needles. My MIL gave me the pattern nearly 30 years ago, it was a double knit child's pattern which I have since lost but it is completely committed to memory due to the hundreds I have knitted LOL. Mostly I make baby ones in 4ply for the shop.
Quite a few jobs are crossed off the list from yesterday. Doing a few more with I. home today to help. Cardy is finished except for....you guessed it - buttons. LOL.

Well that frustrating exercise is now in the naughty corner Grrr. I need to buy a shorter cable. As for the socks I'm going to try on dp needles after I knit myself a hat in Darn Knit. It's a grey and blur gradient from my lux lotto. Every hat I've knitted for myself has been grabbed by someone else but this is for me. Just casted on.
Happy Mother's Day. I had breakfast with my daughter and their kids, then lunch with a son and my two daughters then tea with my daughter. I got lovely hair products and lots of makeup I never buy because if the price. Got cash and $100 Farmers Vouchet to spend. I really want a nice pair of black pants. I get sick of trying them on. It's my stupid shape lol. My legs are skinny with no butt . I like high waisted but no luck yet.
Is that sock pattern you know suitable for say 8 year old socks. M8 is into hand knit socks.
You are such a whizz at whipping up garments for the shop. I have a hat to sew up but I'll leave it until I finish mine ha ha.

The original sock pattern is in DK for 1-2 year old if I remember right. It's so basic you just add stitches to width and rows you want for length of foot and leg. I will type it up for you when I get a minute.
Had another good day yesterday, Got some jobs done in the garden, found the perfect present for our friend turning 60 in Wellington this weekend coming. He still doesn't know we are coming even though his wife is so excited. LOL. And then went to friends for tea. Daughter S came over in the morning with chocs and a new handbag for Mothers Day. Little did she know it matches the outfit I'm wearing to the party next week perfectly. Yahoo. Then broke my heart by asking me to organise a passport so I can go to her next wedding in Rarotonga within the next year! Nooooooooooooo! I can't believe she's even thinking of it. I said no, I wouldn't support it and won't go. Son S would never be able to afford to go so she would be doing it on her own. I also said that in 12 months time if she can look back and say she had a great year with him I would rethink my stand but based on the past 12 months I feel like she's repeating past mistakes. GO for a holiday, for goodness sake, just please forget the wedding part, surely that needs to be with family around when it's the right time.

Omg that girl. I agree with you. Repeating past mistakes Grrr. Stand firm.
It's nice that the bag matches, bonus there. Thanks in advance for the pattern he he.
I woke up weary this morning. All the activity yesterday ha ha. I even played Xbox with my granddaughter. I could only play one game and I had to sit down. All that jumping about ha ha. She told me if I did it every day it would be good exercise. Ugh. My granddaughter J passed her first exam for her Engineering so she only has 9 to go ha ha. My son W has now got a third of NZRAF staff under his command so he's doing well. So some more good news which is refreshing ha ha.
Construction guys not here yet. Strange or they have a Safety meeting lol. That's the usual excuse.
I'm taking it easy today. Hope you have a nice day with no stress. Wishful thinking I know or a positive affirmation .

Hi there ... I've just discovered this little community ... where have I been??? Just wondering if you can post photos on here? I love arts and crafts and have been trying a wide range of things. I'm made an "explosion box" rag rugs I love making cards I made a eel like those fish that fly in the air I've just discovered paper rolling so yeah just wondering if people had other cool ideas that could be fun to do ....

Hi Parns51. You can put up photos to show others what you have done, yes. I'm not sure who will see them on this message board other than makerealbany and myself these days. LOL.

Hi Parns 51. Grizzly is right lol. We started off with a few people years ago and then the girl who started the thread disappeared and we are the only ones left.
Welcome .
I was looking through some of Mum's Patterns Grizzly and guess what I found a two needle sock pattern up to adult size ho ho. It's a Fontana Pattern. It's knitted on 2 and 3/4 needles. I'm so pleased.
Started my gradient hat, didn't like the pattern so frogged it back and started again ha ha. I'm a loose knitter and I should have gone down a size. Ugh.
Well it's a foggy morning up here and no workmen in sight. A big truck came in the afternoon and the driver unloaded more reinforcing iron and that was it for the day grrrr.

Work started on our bedroom ceiling yesterday so we have moved our bed into the lounge for last 2 nights. Quite cosy really, confusing for the girls though especially F who practically lives in our bedroom cupboard and can't get in there at all at present. I am working on an order for a 4ply aran, size 1-2 years. It is very slow even though not a difficult pattern. Taken 2 evenings to get back up to armhole shaping. That sock pattern is a great find.

Won a trade the other day for $10 got some lovely vintage crocheted cloths and doilies as well as over a hundred buttons in colour way sets. I am very happy with that trade. Received it and it is much nicer and bigger than I thought. Buttons re so expensive. Even the op shops here are starting to increase button prices. I have a huge stash now ha ha, Finally got one to suit wee top.
I do not like tradesmen in the house unless I have someone there. Untrusting I know but I can't help it. I lock my door when I go out even if someone is home in the main house. All these men wandering around. No privacy. I have my curtains in the lounge closed today . Still in my Pjs Not feeling the best but I have a Lawyers appointment this afternoon so just maxing out ha ha.
My cats and dogs are over it as well, so I feel for your girls.

Last night's 'quake was a bit of a reality check! I may be finding out sooner rather than later where the next weak spot in the ceiling is. LOL. I am so glad I was home when it happened because work is a lot closer to the epicentre of that one. So is son S's house but it didn't sound like it even woke the boys. LOL. I finished the back finally of this 4ply ara. My goodness it's taking forever!

Not the only ones having a shaky day yesterday. Weird, just like the weather. We fly to Wellington tomorrow, returning Sunday, so we can go to our friend's 60th. The gusty nor'west winds are a worry though, I've had pretty scary flights in the past with winds from that direction.Sigh. Can't something be easy for a change?

grizzly4 - 2016-05-13 06:39:00
7313

We had a wonderful weekend and flights weren't too bad considering the wind. Te Papa and Weta Workshops were great although the queues to the Anzac display were constantly out the door so didn't see that and couldn't get on the Weta tour as they were all booked out before our flight. We still got some wee souvenirs for the boys from both places, though. It was so good seeing our friends surprise when we arrived at his party and they made us feel very special for turning up even though there were others from Christchurch and further south even. Ah well, it's back to the grindstone today. LOL. I hope you had a good weekend, makerealbany?

grizzly4 - 2016-05-16 06:40:00

Everything alright, makerealbany? It's been nearly a week since your last message, I'm worried about you.

grizzly4 - 2016-05-17 07:04:00
7315

I'm ok. Just had a lot on my plate.grrrr. Glad you had a nice weekend away. I could do with one ha ha. It's still mud and slush here. Today my Sil was operating the digger. The contractors digger driver was just going to move soil up on to the banks but my Sil said it had to be tiered and rolled. I will know what I mean. That way the soil is compacted. Otherwise even though we have 4 massive walls in place the soil below them could landslide duh. Anyway Sil had a meeting and next thing he's doing it ha ha. He worked hard today and it's starting to take shape. The Digger driver told A and I that Sil was in the zone. Didn't stop all day. So A is working again all this week so I'm doing the school run as well as the housework to help out. Running, running lol. I started a sock on 2 mm needles. Very slow a ha. It will take forever.
My IPad seems to have repaired it's self touch wood. There's a Ratepayers meeting tonight but I can't be bothered. They have two items to discuss and one f them is the fact that a house sold up the road. The new owners moved in another house onto the property, converted a garage that was there into a granny flat which is very industrious. However no consents resource or otherwise were applied for at the council. So two Councillors have to explain how this happened and what will be done about it. I guess people are annoyed because of all the hoops we have to go through to get consent. Then along come these people and what's all this. Ha ha. There will be some very angry people there tonight.
At the moment we also have some Hoons we have finally identified so our local Constable can visit them. Playing possum, sitting on people's tails, speeding, etc. Heavens what next. There seems to be so much happening.
I do so like my hat I made for myself. It's pure wool and has stretched a bit. I knitted a child's size as I'm a loose knitter but next time I'll go smaller still. Not that I'm small ha ha..

You have been busy. I'm glad you are ok.

grizzly4 - 2016-05-18 06:42:00
7317

I've sent you more update photos. I got my car stuck up on the road today. The trucks have destroyed my gardens. I'll take photos of that tomorrow Grrr. The transporters bringing the diggers have cut up the neighbours verge on the road and that's where I got stuck. We'll have to sort all that out later. Another busy day. I got home at 7.30 after M8 finished her Hyper Training at Karate. She's more flexible than anyone else in the class including the teachers ha ha. I have made some phone calls but have one more to make so better do it.

I can't imagine what it's like going through all this during winter. It would drive me nuts. The Women's Group was on a bus trip yesterday to the Craft Village in Ashburton, an hours drive from Christchurch. I bought some more lovely wool to add to the stash. LOL. Still trying to finish this 4ply aran order and weekends away don't help. I have one more sleeve plus the neckband and collar to do. Middle grandson L turned 9 yesterday. He's so grown up now and really getting into his rugby. Will always be my cuddly baby, though. LOL.

grizzly4 - 2016-05-19 06:44:00
7319

Omg the years are flying by. Grandchildren all growing up. Bless them. They are putting in the new septic tank. Will finish that bit tomorrow. It was Bedlam here men and machines everywhere. They left open drains for the plumbers tomorrow so I have to take the dogs out down the back in my gumboots. I don't want one of the wee Devils falling in a drain. They will be very happy when his is over ha ha. I'm sure they are as sick of it as we are.
I'm knitting some slippers for my friend who has just had her cataracts done today. She likes knitted slippers. Sox in the bag until slippers done ha ha. I'm going to try Magic loop next even if it drives me nuts. I'm determined ha ha.

So many projects lined up! LOL. I just want to finish this wee aran jersey for Monday. Started 2nd sleeve last night and fell asleep in the chair. I. woke me saying it was time for bed, never checked clock till I was actually in bed, Half past eight!! Good grief. Still I needn't have worried that I would have too much sleep (joke) as I woke an hour later with really bad reflux and coughed for the rest of the night! Thank goodness it's Friday, but with 4 staff away at present not sure how easy the day will be.

grizzly4 - 2016-05-20 06:36:00
7321

Well I was glad it was Friday. My afternoon off ha ha. I raced up to clean T's house. A lot easier now that C 22 and his girlfriend have moved out . I went to Housie this afternoon at the club and had a good laugh. Brought T and K6 home with me. My girls were going out to a 21st tonight. J 20 is up from Queenstown for her friends 21st. Lovely girl so off they all went.
New septic tank is all sorted but it's pouring now so no earthworks until it's fine. Sigh.
No knitting tonight. I'm off to bed and glad the week is over. Might not have rugby tomorrow either with this weather.

Rain has stopped here for a while but really cold and windy. Have to catch up on a few things with being away last weekend, my OCD is kicking in big time. LOL. Have to make L9 his Unicorn birthday cake for his birthday tea tonight. Finally, I have finished the main parts of this jersey, just the v-neck band and collar to do. Yahoo.

Picked up my girls at midnight last night. Drove up to the beach to take T home and then A and I drove back. I fell into bed at 2. Girls were waiting for cabs but I rang them to check before I got into bed and hen decided to go and get them. It was pouring and I had two detours because of floods . Glad I went. They were pretty cold and miserable when I picked them up. Said they were disgusted at the awful stories people told about G at her 21st. They ended up telling people off lol. They felt so sorry for G. She and my granddaughter have been friends since High School. She has lived with my daughter T from time to time and is part of our family. She has spent Christmas with us since starting High School. We just expect her there and she always is. Mother falls off the wagon often and her sister is a egotistical, narcissistic piece of work. My girls gave speeches about how G has always worked hard and was a really nice person unlike her other family Grrr.
Poor G . Well my eyes are closing so it's bed for me.

makerealbany - 2016-05-21 22:03:00
7324

What a good Mum you are. I. has always done that for our kids, too. Probably why we are so hyper-vigilant when it come to daughter S. He has had to go out to get her so often over the years. Finished all the bands on the jersey and now have to sew it all up today but at least it's finished for tomorrow. And guess what......no buttons. LOL.

Wow really cool cake. You are so creative. I visited my daughter and then my son today. Got home with an awful head cold. Going to tuck myself into bed. Eyes are blurry yuk.

7327

I hope you get a quiet day today and keep warm. Very wet here today, our back yard isn't draining the way it should so it appears I will need to wade to my car. Sigh. I started another fairisle jersey last night in a limey green with cream and chocolate brown contrasts. Most of the back done while watching the Hobbit. I didn't realise it was going to be a 2 part movie and I don't think the second part has been released yet. Another sigh. I usually wait till the last part of a story has come out so I can watch them all in sequence. LOL. Same with books.

grizzly4 - 2016-05-23 06:28:00
7328

Tried to keep warm but the contractors needed this and that, etc sigh. Now I'm really into it. Thank heavens I had my Flu injection . I sent you some more pictures. Now that the winter is here we may not be able to do the driveway until summer . It's too wet. We will have to wait and see. I have not even looked at my knitting sigh. Maybe tomorrow. I enjoyed the Hobbit.

makerealbany - 2016-05-23 22:31:00
7329

The photos are a bit of a worry! Putting up with the mess over winter even more so!! I bet they don't pay out compensation for the impact on your lives for months and months either. It must be so stressful. Any chance of going away somewhere for a while to give yourself a break from it all?

grizzly4 - 2016-05-24 08:00:00
7330

Wow! I'm on a roll with this latest fairisle cardy. LOL. Started it Sunday evening and already almost finished the second sleeve. I just hope I have enough of the main colour left for the bands. Fingers crossed. And it's rather a strange shade of green to try and match buttons.

grizzly4 - 2016-05-25 06:37:00
7331

No chance of a break at the moment. S home tomorrow and I'm off to my GP. Had a hell of a day today. A rang from work about 1 M8 fell over at school so I had to go and get her and J 5 bring them home and then lock up after tradesmen left. They have electric cords which are covered in mud. I have to wipe the bit that goes into the house Grrr. Then we went back to the Health Centre saw the GP . Had X-rays got her arm all taped up and then we came home. Got to take her back tomorrow when full report from Radiologist is in. She has fluid around the elbow. Poor little girl. She was in lots of pain after all the moving around of her arm to see if it was broken. She's so funny. GP asked her where it hurt the most. She said" Before it was my elbow and fingers . Now after all this its my arm, elbow and fingers and no I can't wriggle my fingers. " A was there by then and she rolled her eyes at me ha ha. M was annoyed because she will miss her Hyper Karate Training tonight.
I started a red beanie and the wool is awful to knit. I keep putting moisturiser on my hands. I got the wool in a Destash. Lovely colour. No indication of brand but it is pure wool. Must have been an old Ram ha ha.
I have just bathed my granddaughters Moodle and he's curled up in his bed asleep already.
My sons cat is curled up on the bed and has been there all day. I have to put an old sheet on over my Duvet because of all the mud. Have to keep an eye on the pets feet and try them. It's very uncomfortable for them having wet mud on their paws sigh. Read your message about the Health and Safety Laws. They'd have a field day here.

makerealbany - 2016-05-25 20:22:00
7332

I think my girls have pretty much gone into hibernation. LOL. And we haven't had our first frost yet. They are either curled up around the heater or under the blankets in bed if there is no sun. They have it so good. 4 evenings and the cardy is finished. Will sew it up during daylight at the weekend and go hunting for buttons the right colour. Looks like I may get a few small things done for shop as well this week.
I hope your GP was able to give you something worthwhile for your cold and M's arm is ok.

grizzly4 - 2016-05-26 06:52:00
7333

Spreadsheets done, accountant contacted. What a relief. Now I have to put the extra documents and systems in place to make sure our Health and Safety stuff is over and above. It's hard enough to keep voluntary committees without having them liable for mistakes. I understand why this new legislation has come in but it's pretty scary for wee non-profits. At least 90% of our policies cover what's recovered, just need to fill a few gaps and set up regular consultation meetings with staff specifically on H/S. I do it twice a year but that's not enough apparently. Sigh. Like they've created more hours in the day for all this! Not. I remember in my early days the mandatory requirement for staff training was on the Treaty of Waitangi and it's practical application within community, then the focus shifted to Child Protection now it looks like the 'trend' is shifting again.

grizzly4 - 2016-05-27 07:01:00
7334

Are you feeling any better? Did you get the results for M's elbow? It's pouring with rain here today so I'm stuck inside instead of being able to start tidying the back garden. We had our first frost yesterday but it was only light. Certainly helps me decide what goes first in the garden though. LOL. But it looks like I'll be cooking and knitting today instead. With finishing the cardy earlier this week I have now added some dolls clothes and working on baby socks to add to the wee pile to take to the shop on Monday. Quite proud of myself this week.

grizzly4 - 2016-05-28 06:59:00
7335

Went to GP had all my tests came home with $51 spent on meds grrrr. M's arm is strapped up but not broken thank goodness. J5 was sick on Friday so I had both he and M at home. I felt so lousy and they were so good. M designed and made herself a dress up gown . J assembled his Lego. I struggled doing the washing, etc. As soon asA arrived back I dived into bed.
Better day today but Prednisone is making me itch but dose halved tomorrow.
I'm still on that rotten beanie. Ha ha I keep having to undo lines. It's a lace pattern and Im so easily distracted. I'll never knit that wool again.
Yes if there's a government change there will be new priorities. The focus changes on what gets more votes .

makerealbany - 2016-05-28 21:48:00
7336

I am sorry you are still feeling unwell. That was a massive effort looking after the kids when you are sick, too. You are also very patient with that beanie, I would have given up on it by now. More family drama is happening with daughter S. LOL. DIL and I have booked cabins at a park just outside of town for a few days over Christmas for a change. Asked S if she wanted one too and she has thrown a fit that we aren't going to her place for Xmas this year. Not sure why she thought I would go there with everything happening with her new partner. I need a break. LOL.

grizzly4 - 2016-05-29 10:41:00
7337

You sure do. Who would want to go there? Sometimes our kids can be so self centred and unreasonable. I finished that beanie and did another in Darn Knit. I love that wool ha ha. Sent you a photo. I don't know how to do it on TM. I've started a little one to use up wool. Something I don't need to concentrate on . Same as the little grey one. Just spent the day knitting ha ha. Starting to feel better.

makerealbany - 2016-05-29 20:46:00
7338

Yay, for the antibiotics! Loved the beanies, they will look great this winter.Do you remember how to upload a photo for TM listings? If you do that then cut and paste the http address for the photo from your TM photos to this message board.
I finally convinced S to book a cabin for at least one night at the camping ground so that B7 can have some fun with us over Christmas. We will be there the Friday night through to Boxing Day morning. The partner has said they can only go for the FRiday night as he needs to be back home Saturday afternoon to cook dinner for his family on Christmas Eve. Strange that last year he refused to do anything on that date as it's the anniversary of the death of a friend. He has also made plans with his family on CHristmas Day, so I might have got S and Be to come camping but won't see them at all on CHristmas Day, itself. Is that manipulation or what? Sigh. And she just doesn't get it. Sigh. Oh well, we can have 2 special Xmas breakfasts so that B doesn't miss out and I will focus on the rest of us for the rest of the time. The hardest thing will be going to B's birthday tea in a couple of weeks at their house. I was hoping it would be at McDonalds at least. Another sigh.
I started a stripey crossover cardy in teal and white 4ply yesterday afternoon. The back is done and I'm half way up the 2nd front. Yahoo.

grizzly4 - 2016-05-30 06:52:00
7339

I have never listed anything on TM lol. I'll have a look. Got a rash now from the Prendizone. Last one to take tomorrow for that course. Thank heavens. Today I coughed more than yesterday Grrr. I'm staying inside and keeping warm so I'm annoyed ha ha. Knitted a cute little Beanie for my sisters granddaughter today with cheat fair isle. I'm half way through a grey one for my oldest grandson. He loves hats and he's so thin that he needs to keep warm. The boys like the stretch 5 X 5 rib Beanies. Easy to knit so I like them as well ha ha.
We were supposed to be in court tomorrow but it has been cancelled and the judge wants another submission with my claim. I'm so over this. My ex DIL is so stupid she doesn't realise her lawyer is just logging up her bill. She was given legal aid but will have to pay the bill in full once We all settle. It's costing a fortune. On the other front my daughter has been letting K7 visit with his grandparents and their lawyer has now asked if they could meet to try at settlement again. K' grandparents are so happy to have him visit each weekend for a day they are being so nice to my daughter. Mmmmm I have always believed the grandfather had no knowledge of the antics of the Trust. He has even popped in to say hello. He no longer drives but a young nephew drives him. K' s grandmother is finally grieving after all this time and appears to be doing a lot better now she has contact with K. She even sends Indian food over to my daughter so things are getting better there.
I haven't thought about Christmas. You are so organized.

makerealbany - 2016-05-30 22:52:00
7340

What's cheat fairisle?
I was so unprepared for CHristmas last year, I want it to be different this year. LOL. I even have the main presents for B11 and L9 already. B7's presents will have to be different this year as he will be opening his a day early and I don't want the others have their surprise ruined. DIL and I were thinking how much we would have to take away with us just for those 3 days because of food and the presents. LOL. There is only so many BBQ sausages I'm prepared to it! And we still want our pancakes and croissants in the morning on Christmas Day. LOL.
I'm half way up the second front of the cardy - I have decided to do this front in plain teal, not stripes so there is a contrast for the front that crosses under the other one. Hopefully it will look quite effective.

grizzly4 - 2016-05-31 06:50:00
7341

Cheat Fairisle is wool that is dyed with the Fairisle in it. I'll post a photo when this darn iPad comes right. It's playing up and my photos won't upload sigh.
I finished the grey Beanie today even stitched it up lol. I have had a mountain of paperwork to get through and have to be out of the house at 6 so it's bed for me.

makerealbany - 2016-05-31 22:58:00
7342

I know what you mean now about Cheat Fairisle. LOL. Never heard it called that before. LIke the Opal Sock yarn, which I love working with but its in such big balls when I'm only knitting baby socks. I don't really want dozens in the same colour . LOL. I had B11 and L9 sleep over last night because Dad was working late and DIL and a dinner with her classmates. They are still asleep as I type this, looking all cosy and warm. But very soon it will be chaos getting them ready for school. LOL. I knitted the first sleeve for the cardy last night.

I had a chaotic day myself. Up early off to Lawyers in the city. Raced home afterwards and cleaned our houses then off to pick up M8 and J5 . Went to dinner then met A. She took J home and M and I went to two hours of Karate. Came home knackered ha ha. I started a yellow gradient Beanie. Have to post my sisters stuff tomorrow, plus the Lotto Winners yarn, go to the Library, etc, etc. No rest for the wicked ha ha

But are you feeling any better?
Knitting beanies in Opal wool sounds lovely. I might get a ball and use it for one of the crossover cardys I do. The cost might be a much though to be a viable idea on an ongoing basis.Worth a try though and will be fun. Second sleeve done and bands are included on the fronts so it's done, ready for sewing up and of course the buttons. LOL. I think I have enough wool left to do matching beanie and bootees or maybe wee socks this time. It's a bit chilly this morning at 0 degrees. Brrrrr. I'm going to have to clean ice off the car for the first time this year. Roll on spring. I dread seeing how far the power bill has jumped over the past couple of weeks.

No I'm not improving at all sigh. I just have to wade through it. I try not to worry about it and keep busy. Did not go out today. Cleaned my aluminium joinery though. My head was too fuzzy to knit so that wasn't very good ugh. Yes it's cold here but not that cold. My power will be up a well. I have the heat pump on and the dehumidifier in the bedroom. Lots of condensation. Going to bed early.

I couldn't get the 2 heat pumps to work at all yesterday just no power through them to even turn them on. When other staff couldn't figure it out I called an electrician, The 2 power units outside had been stolen during the night!!!!!! I am so angry because there is no way I can get them replaced to keep those kids warm today and it's a long weekend so the Women's Group may have to be cancelled next week. The men have been caught on a security camera thank goodness but that doesn't sort out the insurance stuff and availability of new units, tradies etc. What a nightmare. They are lucky they aren't anywhere near me right now!

Deep breath, that's not good the drugs aren't kicking in for you yet. I cannot beieve it's easier to clean frames instead of knitting. LOL. I hope you start to feel a difference over the weekend.
