Samsung Galaxy A31 stopped

| 1 | The phone is about one year old, if that. It just wouldn't turn on. Plugged it in to the charger and there was no charging signal. After about 10 minutes, it turned back on with the message "System UI phone restarted. Unlock your phone to get app notifications". | 5 | If it had any kind of 'virus' your know about it as that wouldn't shut it off it what it would do is demand money from you or make pay per minute phone calls that you didn't even know were happening.. A 'virus' is very very unlikely to be the problem. nice_lady - 2021-10-11 15:59:00 |
