It's be 'scareware'. You don't pay for it until it has done it's 'scan' and then it tell you to pay to download the drivers.

Someone probably downloaded it thinking it was a good idea as it'll say 'FREE download & Free scan' those are the hooks to get it on your system .

Dump it.

You don't need it. Drivers are updated for free automatically by your system .

crap like that is normally attached to something else you've downloaded
you need to look carefully for the untick boxes so that stuff like this doesn't appear in the future

Go to control panel

Programs and features.

Find the offending crap and RIGHT click it one time. Then click delete/uninstall on the menu that you'll get.

Ccleaners driver updater seems to work well
You can use it on the trail version of the paid version until it reverts back to the freebee version & the new drivers stay (as expected)

It likely was installed after someone on your computer clicked on an advert telling you that you needed to update your drivers.
Its a scam, drivers are always free.
