I don't know how this happened but all the mail I get from Trade Me customers now appears on my screen written in heiroglifics. All computor language. I cannot read any of it. All my other mail is normal. How can I change this please..Frustrating.

are you using a program like outlook ? or are you viewing yor email online with webmail ?
Is it new email from trademe, or old email as well that used to read ok ?
Can you copy & paste the "hierogliphics" on here so we can have some idea of the problem ?

hieroglyphics is the spelling. It's not a font PCs use, nor programming languages.
Check font/language settings in your email program.
