1 | 1x friend has a samsung J5 pro - will it take the covid app ok as she had problems putting it on & hasn't tried again [I'm insisting she should] 2nd friend tried & also had problems & also put it off & will get back to you on what model of samsung it is I also had problem with iphone 6 when the click app first came out & went to vodaphone shop I'd bought phone from to help me & they sorted it.. now I hear tis manitory & I'm pleased that I have been doing it 99% of the time.. however it seems that there are many that don't have the app on their phones & shops had gotten a bit slack with some having the tracer codes & sign-in being in difficult places urbanrefugee54 - 2021-08-22 13:26:00 |

3 | The J5 will definitely be able to use the app. And it's easy enough to setup and use. The phone model isn't really that important its the version of android it uses that matters more. As far as i recall it's got to be using Android 6 or later. So any phone which is less than about 5 years old should be fine. nice_lady - 2021-08-22 14:36:00 |
