Yes. One of them is about 12 years old, things XP has 1GB team, a 30GB HDD and a early pentium. The other ones is a little better but P.O.S. Lol. nice_lady - 2021-08-10 09:44:00 |

9 | Alienware aren't what they used to be since Dell bought them. Their desktops especially now suffer from poor build quality, cheap components, awful airflow and every shortcut imaginable when it comes to the hardware - all packaged in an over the top case to portray the feeling of the machine being premium. Wouldn't touch one as far as I could kick one. cube_guy - 2021-08-10 11:29:00 |

It's all good Dave. If the company can't be bothered getting better one - well Hubby is simply going to LOL when either or both die. He's not interested in doing any maintenance on them. The xp one has about 300MB spare space lol it keeps complaining. nice_lady - 2021-08-10 12:07:00 |

12 | If it is a dual core, it will be OK on Linux, or XP, or maybe 7, but if it is single core, it will be too slow for the internet now. tygertung - 2021-08-11 21:10:00 |

I'm pretty sure my cell phone is gruntier than that. That probably wouldn't be worth the shipping to send to the UK. ira78 - 2021-08-12 09:06:00 |

15 | International postage is the killer now. NZ market for vintage computers is reasonably healthy, you could try listing on TM and see how it goes. Maybe also ask on the Facebook NZ Vintage Computing Group cookee_nz - 2021-08-12 22:26:00 |
