is there a way to get help?

There help pages don't take me anywhere useful, I've emailed and filled out their online forms .... no reply.

I got a new computrer on the 5th July - and straight away went to try Office 365 - decided I would rather use the Office 16 I already have. Requested a refund from Microsoft immediately - and not reply whatsoever.

Anyone encountered this and how can it be resolved?
