There used to be a good supply of realistic spoked/wire wheels from Herb Deeks in California, but no longer.

Just wondering if anyone has the expertise to come up with a 3D printing file?

I don't have a 3D printer, but would happily buy a printer just for that and there is a fair market for the wheels, especially in 1/24th scale.
